Machine-Washing Acrylic Wool

• Use gentle settings: Select the delicate or gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. Place items in a mesh laundry bag to prevent snagging.
• Detergent: Use a mild, bleach-free detergent. Avoid fabric softeners that can damage fibres.

Drying Acrylic Wool

• Air dry flat: Lay the item on a clean, absorbent towel to dry. Avoid hanging, which can stretch the fibres.
• Avoid heat: Keep away from direct sunlight, radiators, or tumble dryers, as high heat can shrink or warp acrylic 
• Optional softening: Adding a small amount of white vinegar during the final rinse can help soften the yarn and remove detergent residue.

Additional Tip 

• Frequency: Wash only when necessary to prevent fibre fatigue and maintain softness
